Texas Hold'em/League Rules:
- Max 8 players per table, no less than 4 players
- Draw card at beginning to determine who starts dealing (Highest card deals)
- Players clockwise next to dealer are Big Blind and Small Blind
- Dealer must shuffle and cut using cut card
- Players are dealt one card at a time until all players have 2 cards
- Player clockwise next to small blind starts the action (check or bet)
- Players clockwise follow suit until decision returns to dealer (check, call or raise)
- 1 discard, 3 cards up (flop)
- Big blind acts first (check or bet), players in hand follow along
- 1 discard, 1 card up (turn, 4th street)
- Clockwise player from dealer acts first (check or bet) players in hand follow along
- 1 discard, 1 card up (river, 5th street)
- Clockwise player from dealer acts first (check or bet) players in hand follow along
- Winner does not have to show hand unless "called" by opponent
- Players cannot reveal cards to other players in or out of the hand (this is strict)
- Players cannot look at discarded cards or mucked cards; no rabbit hunting (this is strict)
- No side bets; no cash on table (This is strict)
- Chips will be consolidated periodically throughout tournaments
- No string betting (all chips being put into action must be placed on table at the same time)
- No pot splashing (all chips being put into action must be able to be counted by dealer at the time of bet placed)
- Minimum bet limit per hand: Blind amount
- Maximum bet limit per hand: No limit
- Minimum raise limit: double the blind (if blind is 200, maximum raise must be 400 or more)
